Terms and Conditions

We are AdMo-Tours Inc. and we act as your Booking Agent for your motorcycle rental, motorcycle tour or motorcycle rider training and related services that are not directly supplied by us.
The terms “AdMo-Tours”, "we", "us" and "our" refer to AdMo-Tours Inc.
The term "Supplier" means the provider of service (e.g. motorcycle rental, guided motorcycle tours, motorcycle rider training) and any related product or service as from time to time available for reservation.

AdMo-Tours is acting as intermediary and selling a variety of motorcycle rental related products from different Suppliers and service providers. We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. Each Supplier has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should make sure you understand them at the time of pickup of the rental motorcycle. Our websites, which are referred throughout this agreement for posting our services, can be found at www.admo-tours.com and www.rental-motorcycle.com

Booking Form:
You accept these terms and conditions with submitting one of AdMo-Tours online booking form. By completing and submitting the booking form you are making an offer to purchase service which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting a booking form nor completing the Book Now process constitutes our acceptance of your order. A booking turns into a binding reservation once we reviewed it and received your partial or full payment. If for any reason we would detect any error in pricing or dates with this booking/reservation we would ensure that you are promptly notified as we are aware of the problem and give you the option of cancelling or confirming your booking/reservation.

Fares and quotes published are those in effect at time of posting or printing and might not represent the actual rate at the time of booking. The information that we disclose at the time of posting is based on the information provided to us by Suppliers. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our Service, we cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors). AdMo-Tours reserves the right to correct printing errors or calculations mistakes at any time. If cost factors, including but not limited to Suppliers pricing, international currency fluctuations, motorcycle availability, minimum number of participants, insurance, hotels, meals, etc. dictate the need for fare increases AdMo-Tours may do so at any time prior to the balance due date before departure. Acceptance of these terms and conditions hereby consent you to any pre-service purchase price increases and authorize AdMo-Tours to charge my credit card for such additional amounts.

Booking This Service:
Upon receipt of your booking we will confirm this reservation based on AdMo-Tours and its Suppliers availability. Your credit card will not be charged until the rental bike, guided tour or training and related service you requested is confirmed and reserved. In some cases, it might take several business days until you receive an email with your invoice, confirmation, and pick- up/meeting location. At times we cannot disclose the Suppliers name and its address prior to your reservation since this might change during reservation when we select Suppliers based on availability and other criteria’s. Upon confirmation of service you will be charged the agreed and acknowledged amount. Suppliers pay a commission (being a small percentage of the product price (e.g. motorcycle rental, tour or riders training price)) to AdMo-Tours. AdMo-Tours transfers all agreed prepayment amounts based on its contracts and regulations with the Supplier to the Supplier. Service can only be guaranteed after we have received a reservation deposit or prepayment. We recommend that you wait to purchase any airline tickets if your trip is pending this service.

A reservation deposit or prepayment is required at time of booking and latest after confirmation of availability to hold your rental bike or related service. This is typically 25% of the total but might vary based on the Supplier. The balance might be due at pickup or an agreed time in advance. If the total balance is not received in time, AdMo-Tours and its Suppliers reserve the right to treat this reservation as cancelled and cancellation fees may apply.

Credit Cards:
Even if you enter your credit card information at the time of reservation we do not have access to see your detailed information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Debit cards are not accepted!
Make sure to let your bank know when traveling. It might be unpleasant if your credit card is not accepted at the time of service due to your banks security standards. It might even accumulated expenses or prevents you from renting a motorcycle if your credit card is not authorized to be charged in a foreign country or other state. AdMo-Tours and its Suppliers assume no liability if you can't pay your balance before start of service.

US Check, PayPal and Wire Transfer:
We do not recommend this options for your reservation deposit since it will delay the booking process. Bikes and services are only on reservation hold once payment is received!

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be held on the renters credit card or has to be placed in cash with the rental center at the time of hand-over of the motorcycle, at the beginning of the rental, tour or training period. The amount of this security deposit is equal, but does not need to be equal to the amount of the deductible of the vehicle insurance or the amount of deductible posted with your rental reservation. This security deposit will be refunded upon return of the undamaged motorcycle. During the rental, tour or riders training AdMo-Tours and its Suppliers are not obligated to replace or repair a motorcycle damaged by the renter or broken due to the renter’s usage. For services supplied by AdMo-Tours as a tour operator we provide motorcycle maintenance during AdMo-Tours guided tours and riders training and always make our best effort to ensure a mechanically good motorcycle for all participants. Individual renters are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the motorcycle and to report all damages or defects during the entire rental period.

Your signature is needed:
You will be required to sign waivers and rental documents with AdMo-Tours and/or its Suppliers. By pickup of any rental motorcycle the renter has to sign a contract and release waiver with the Supplier. Every participant of a motorcycle tour or motorcycle riders training is required to accept and sign a release and waiver contract before the event start. Parents or guardians sign for minors under the age of 18. AdMo-Tours and its Suppliers cannot accept any participant without a duly signed release and waiver contract.

Guarantee of availability:
Upon prepayment/reservation deposit you will receive an invoice (voucher) via email. This is the confirmation and guarantee of reservation of the booked service. Rental motorcycles are provided by AdMo-Tours or as mediation from other Suppliers to you for personal use and/or as part of a tour and rider training package. AdMo-Tours strives to ensure that you ride the motorcycle you are confirmed on. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise; this includes, but is not limited to, mechanical failure, collision damage and theft. Should the Supplier not be able to replace a confirmed motorcycle with the confirmed type, similar alternative or an upgrade, a pro-rated refund for the difference in lower service will be refunded to participants. This constitutes the maximum liability of AdMo-Tours and its Supplier.

Change of reservation:
Verbal changes of contract are invalid unless confirmed in writing. Changes must be requested by email; changes by phone will not be accepted.
Client-requested changes after invoicing are subject to a $45 fee. Any date changes are subject to a cancellation fee.

All cancellations will be subject to a fee depending on the number of days AdMo-Tours receives written notice prior to event date.

The following listed cancellation fees may vary based on any nonrefundable deposits made on your behalf to independent Suppliers:

- 43 days or more, 20% of total booking amount
- 42 to 31 days, 25% of total booking amount
- 30 to 21 days, 40% of total booking amount
- 20 to 11 days, 70% of total booking amount
- 10 days or less, 100% of total booking amount
- NO SHOWS, 100% of total booking amount

We do not negotiate cancellation fees of your cancellations based on your request due to unforeseen circumstances, weather or accidents.
NO REFUNDS granted for early motorcycle returns.
NO REFUNDS granted for tardiness or changes made the day of service; including unused mileage, gear, motorcycle, early motorcycle returns, or any other pre-booked service.
NO REFUNDS granted if the Supplier has to substitute bike models due to unforeseen circumstances. You are not entitled for any refunds if you refuse, at the time of pickup, the substitute of a comparable bike.

Service Cancellation:
Situations may arise which, in our opinion or the opinion of the Supplier, make it necessary to cancel, advance or postpone a scheduled rental, tour or riders training, change itineraries or make substitutions regarding bikes, locations, hotels, tour guides and other travel arrangements. In the event that AdMo-Tours or its Suppliers have to cancel a rental, tour or training we will ensure that you are promptly notified once we become aware. Subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions, you will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative motorcycle rental and travel arrangements if one is made available by the Supplier, or canceling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds. We accept no liability for any changes, inconvenience or costs incurred that may result and we do not guaranty that any refunds will apply.
No refunds due to Force Majeure.
AdMo-Tours is not required to make refunds for cancellations announced the same day of service resulting from the lack of customer responsibilities, including but not limited to customer arriving late at event start, customer does not sign the waiver, customer is not providing a deposit, customer is not providing proper driver’s license or ID, canceling due to extreme weather, etc. No refunds will be provided for ending an event early once rental, tour or training commences regardless of the reason for participant being unable to complete his or her rental, tour or training. AdMo-Tours is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that incur as a result of the cancelled booking including but not limited to, accommodations, airfare, car rental, shuttle service or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment.

Confirm your arrival time:
We strongly recommend that you contact your rental Supplier at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of your reserved motorcycle rental, tour or training. The rental Suppliers phone number is listed on your Invoice which you receive via email, sometimes as PDF attachment. Please note that for some rental Suppliers it is necessary to confirm with them your pick-up time and shuttle arrangements. Make sure to contact the rental Supplier in case of your delayed arrival.

Refunds (when necessary) are issued in the form of gift certificates, checks, PayPal or may be reversed on your credit card. Prepayment may be put towards future service. Any unused prepaid services such as prepaid mileage, accommodations, shuttle service, and/or accessories cannot be refunded. A refund might take several weeks to be completed. The rental, tour or training period is not interrupted due to the inability of a renter to ride or for any other reason. No refunds will be issued for tardiness or changes made the day of service. Suppliers are not vicarious agents and we are therefore not liable for any damages caused by or attributable to the Suppliers.

Passport-, Visa-, Driving- and Health:
You are responsible for complying with the Passport-, Visa-, Driving- and Health regulations of the location you travel and all consequences resulting from non- compliance.

Drivers License:
The minimum age to rent a street legal motorcycle is 21 or posted with each location and the driver must have a valid driver’s license for at least one year prior to the rental unless posted different. This age restriction does not apply to guided tours and riders training and might be posted differently with the product description. The renter of a street legal motorcycle and participant of a dual sport, adventure or street tour must have a valid original motorcycle endorsed driver’s license which needs to be presented at time of the motorcycle pickup. Learner permits are not sufficient. All riders, renting in country’s different than their residence must provide a valid Passport at the time of pickup. Driver’s license printed with non-Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be complemented by an international driver’s license. AdMo-Tours and its Suppliers reserve the right to decline a rental or substitute the booked motorcycle where the renter’s driver’s license restricts the operation of the requested size of motorcycle.

Traffic laws and travel regulations:
If the renter does not comply with traffic laws or the requirements for group travel, the contract may be cancelled by AdMo-Tours, its service provider or Supplier and the rental motorcycle secured.

AdMo-Tours strongly recommends that you take out adequate travel insurance including Medical, Evacuation and Repatriation coverage and that you extend your coverage to include Cancellation, Curtailment, and all other expenses that may arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience while traveling. You acknowledge that this kind of insurance coverage is not included in the cost of any service offered by AdMo-Tours. You are responsible for advising your insurer of the type of travel, destination(s) and activities included in your booking so that the insurer may provide appropriate coverage. You are aware that you may be required to obtain separate rental motorcycle insurance at an additional cost for the use of a street legal motorcycle and to participate on some tours or trainings.

AdMo-Tours is selecting its Supplier carefully and is constantly checking its independent contractors, such as the many international motorcycle rental providers, hotels, etc. AdMo-Tours is responsible for conscientious reservation preparations. AdMo-Tours is not responsible and not liable if Suppliers, Contractors or Affiliates cannot provide service for any circumstances.
AdMo-Tours is not responsible or liable for any accidents. AdMo-Tours reserves the right without prior notice to withdraw any part or all of a reservation. As such changes may be necessary, the extra cost, if applicable, resulting there from, shall be paid by the customer. AdMo-Tours is not responsible or liable for a delay occurring from its or its contractor’s failure to be on time. The liability of AdMo-Tours is limited to the total amounts paid by you to AdMo-Tours. For most motorcycle rentals AdMo-Tours is only a Booking Agent on behalf of you the customer and on behalf of the Supplier and cannot be liable for any consequences not under AdMo-Tours control. AdMo-Tours is not responsible for any delays, changes, in schedule or other conditions a Supplier implements after the reservation is placed.

Room allocation:
Multi-day guided tours typically include accommodations, sharing double occupancy with one other tour member. A limited number of single rooms are available during most tours at extra cost on a first- come, first served basis, but availability cannot be guaranteed. AdMo-Tours will attempt to find a roommate for riders not specifying single room. Single tour members will be paired up with others unless they indicate on the booking that they want a single room, pay the single room supplement and AdMo-Tours confirms availability of single room.

AdMo-Tours assumes no responsibility for lost, damage, or delay in delivering baggage to rental and tour participants. Baggage turned over to AdMo-Tours and its contractors or Suppliers for storage or transportation is done so at participants own risk. Baggage insurance is recommended.

Images and Marketing:
Unless you expressly refuse in writing, you agree that, while participating in any Rental, Tour or Training, images, photos or videos may be taken by other participants, AdMo-Tours or its representatives that may contain or feature you. You consent to any such pictures being taken and grants a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to AdMo-Tours to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing, promotions and the creation of promotional materials), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you.

Email correspondence and communication:
By completing an online form, you agree to receive emails which we may send you prior to receiving service to provide you with certain information and offers relevant to our services. We may send additional emails to you after your rental, tour or training to inviting you to complete our guest review form and keep you posted about future offers. We respect your privacy and will not continue to send you our regular campaigns or newsletter once you decided to opt out of the mailing list. Each of the automated campaign emails has an opt-out option towards the end of the email. Opting out of automated campaign emails will not prevent our customer service team to communicate via email with you regarding your booking/reservation. AdMo-Tours will never sell or rent your email address to anyone. In order to duly complete and secure your reservation, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number or credit card number.

Ineffectiveness of certain clauses in the contract:
If certain clauses in the contract become legally invalid, this does not mean that the whole of the contract is rendered invalid.
